Hi, I’m Lucas Peng, a portrait sculpture artist with over 32 years of experience. I created DUOMEDOLL with other artist friends,now we have one offline shops in Singapore.

Ordering process

2. provide front view face photo, and photo of the outfit and pose, and any other photos that would help us in understanding your customisation details!
3. Place your order and we would start the production right away!

STANDARD shipping: 25 days in total to reach you (15-20 days production & 5 days delivery)
EXPRESS shipping: 10-15 days in total to reach you(5-10 production & 5 days delivery)

Shop regulations and rules

1. Attention‼️ Body parts cannot be adjusted; the focus is on the face. We will take photos of the sculpted semi-finished product while it's still soft for you to verify the facial features. If you require minor adjustments (e.g., enlarging the eyes or slimming the face), please let us know. We usually provide two adjustment opportunities. After verification, it will be baked to set the shape. Once hardened, it can last for over 200 years. It won't fade; dust can be washed off with water.

2. No refund or cancelling of order once placed/delivered

We look forward to working with you to create the best gift ever! :)

3. The artwork will be made based solely on the initial selected photograph of the face. Substitution with different photographs is not permitted. (Even with the same person, different photos can show different ages, expressions, and angles, resulting in completely different facial features and details.) Each detail requires a significant amount of time from the craftsman. Your understanding is appreciated. (Once the face is confirmed and baked to harden, no further changes can be made.)
