How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Choose the figurine style you like and select the number of people or pets. Once your order is placed, upload clear reference photos and share any details you would like us to include, such as hairstyle, clothing, pose, or accessories.

2. Handcrafted Creation (About 14 Days)
Our artists carefully sculpt your figurine by hand using polymer clay. Throughout the process, we will stay in contact with you and share updates to ensure the details match your expectations.

3. Review & Confirmation
Before the figurine is finalized, we will send you preview photos for review. You can request adjustments at this stage. We only complete the final shaping after you confirm that you are satisfied with the result.

4. Optional Live Creation
If you would like to see your figurine being made, you can let us know after placing your order. We can arrange for the sculpting process to be done during one of our livestream sessions so you can watch the creation in real time.

5. Worldwide Shipping (About 14 Days)
Once your approval is received, the figurine will be carefully packaged and shipped. Worldwide delivery typically takes around 14 days.

6. Care & Durability
Your figurine is made from high-quality polymer clay that is water-resistant, crack-resistant, and mold-resistant, allowing it to last for many years.
You may gently wipe the figurine with water to clean it (except for the face area, which should be cleaned carefully with a dry cloth).

Important Note
Each figurine is handmade and customized specifically for you. After the final design is confirmed and completed, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We communicate closely throughout the process to make sure you are happy with the figurine before it is finalized.
